About Pulse Charter Connect

Pulse Charter Connect is building the national transportation software solution for organ transplant logistics — a unified platform that connects transplant centers, OPOs, charter operators, and perfusion teams through real-time aircraft and ground availability, transparent pricing, and HIPAA-compliant communication. By replacing fragmented phone calls and opaque broker networks with a vetted, safety-driven digital infrastructure, PCC reduces delays, improves visibility, and ensures no organ is lost because of logistics.

Founded by Laura Epstein, PCC was launched after seeing firsthand that the logistics system wasn’t built for the speed and precision modern transplant medicine demands. Epstein, an aerospace engineer with experience in aviation and healthcare logistics, recognized that while transplant science had advanced dramatically, transportation still often relied on manual calls and fragmented vendors.

PCC is driven to provide lifesaving care with its safety-driven, data-powered network that keeps every organ, every team, and every flight on time.
